The Legal Assistant – Corporate Contracts Specialist enhances attorney effectiveness by organization and tracking of all corporate contract considerations. Proactively manages the administrative functioning and communications of the Legal Department and performs certain paralegal-type functions.
This position will be the point of contact for all corporate contracts. Responsible for ensuring all interested parties internally have access and ability to review documents prior to attorney signature. Responsible for tracking status, scheduling, ensuring priorities are communicated and able to determine status of documents within the workflow at any time.
